| For the week of July 6th through July 12th, the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 11 calls.
July 6 --- Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Falls (Station 30), for Rescue 0 to respond for a building fire at a business on West Trenton Avenue. The second call was for a fire investigation on River Road, in the area of Letchworth Avenue.
July 7 --- Dispatched for three calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Rescue 0 to respond for an auto extrication on North Pennsylvania Avenue. The second call was for a gas grill fire in the rear of a home on Silo Road, in the Mirror Lake development. The third call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Rescue 0 to respond to a working fire at a home on McKinley Avenue, near South Harding Avenue.
July 8 --- Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for an activated fire alarm at a home on Sterling Road, in the Brookstone development. The second call was dispatched for a mutual aid assist to Langhorne (Station 21), for Special Service 0 and Marine 0 to respond for a marine rescue at Lake Luxembourg on Bridgetown Pike.
July 9 --- Dispatched for burning electrical wires at the intersection of Edgewood and Kings Roads.
July 10 --- Dispatched for an auto extrication on I-95, in the northbound lane, just south of the Yardley Newtown exit.
July 11 --- Dispatched on a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for Rescue 0 to respond for a fire at the Towpath Apartments on North Delmorr Avenue.
July 12 --- Dispatched for a dwelling fire on Sandy Drive, near Patrick Lane.
