For the week of December 7th through December 13th, the all-volunteer Yardley Makefield Fire Company responded to 11 calls.

  December 9 --- Dispatched for two calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for a marine rescue for a car into the Delaware River, in the area of the Calhoun Street Bridge. The second call was for an auto extrication on Big Oak Road, near the entrance to the Oxford Oaks Shopping Center.

 December 10 --- Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for burning electrical wires on a pole, at the intersection of Big Oak and Pine Grove Roads. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at the Bucks County Free Library, on Edgewood Road. The third call was for an activated fire alarm at a business in the Floral Vale Professional Park, on Yardley Langhorne Road. The fourth call was for a hazardous materials incident at a home on Grindan Drive, in the Mill Run development.

December 11 --- Dispatched for four calls. The first call was for a mutual aid assist to Morrisville (Station 98), for a marine rescue on the Delaware River, in the area of the Calhoun Street Bridge. The second call was for an activated fire alarm at the Bucks County Free Library, on Edgewood Road. The third call was for a mutual aid assist to Mercer County Station 53 (Titusville), for Rescue 0 to respond on the second alarm for a barn fire on Bear Tavern Road. The fourth call was for a brush fire on Candace Lane, near Stewart's Way.

December 12 --- Dispatched for an accident with fire, at the intersection of Edgewood and Heacock Roads.
